Actcell China

(Currently in preliminary establishment phase)
Actcell China its Beijing base to implement educational programs for the Chinese government-accredited ‘Sino Intellectual Capital Management (accreditation),’ as well as to offer corporate consulting services.

Intellectual Capital Sweden (ICAB) developed its ‘IC Rating’ based on the theoretical concepts of Intellectual Capital advocate Leif Edwinson, and is working to promote the practical application and promotion of its‘Intellectual Capital Management’ concept from Sweden.

Since its foundation, Actcell has worked in tandem with spirited corporate managers to promote an ‘Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) Corporate Management Model’ that is supported not only by designated shareholders but by a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both within and external to the company, where companies meet their responsibilities as ‘public institutions for society.’

Intellectual Capital Management is a management approach that strives to enhance a company’s corporate value by increasing its ‘Intellectual Capital.’ Intellectual Capital refers to a company’s ‘intangible assets, those which cannot necessarily be visualized or recorded on the corporate balance sheet such as ‘human resource abilities, organizational capabilities, and customer assets.’ These should be considered in summation with the company’s regular tangible assets, such as its products and financial resources.

At Actcell, we help companies to rethink the overemphasis of financial capitalism and shareholder capitalism that corporate managers have often been uncomfortable with in the past. In this era of questioning a company’s true essence, we ensure that we do everything we can to assist with the implementation of management techniques that are compatible with today’s intellectual society, based on our solid performance, so that management can decide to make changes with confidence and fulfill its goals of accomplishing reform.
